Protect and Guide Retail Security Officer's are honest, polite, helpful, punctual, reliable, efficient and assertive yet friendly and keep a watchful eye on stock, staff and the customers.

Acting like human CCTV cameras, we prevent any theft or damage from taking place from within the store. This is typically done by observing shoppers and identifying any irregular shoplifting activities, protecting and safeguarding the company assets and protecting customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse.

We understand that in some stores our staff may also be expected to help customers and act as Sales Assistants, therefore our approachable, amiable, well disposed professionsal will be ready to assist when the need arises. They demonstrate confidence, experience, drive, flexibility and determination to provide the highest standards of customer service, staff safety and asset protection within a busy retail environment, and respond to any incident or request for assistance on-site and assume control until the arrival of the Emergency Services or Duty Manager if required.
